Doesn't clean well

There may be a few reasons why this issue is occurring. First, please ensure that your inlet water temperature is at least 120 °F. If your inlet temperature is too low, this can reduce the effectiveness of the wash. Second, make sure large dishware does not block the detergent dispenser or wash arms. Have only had this in my apartment for about a year and the day after Christmas it stopped working... the lights would come on after I open the door then after closing and trying to press ANY buttons nothing works then after a few seconds the lies go off... it's been 2 weeks already and maintenance is waiting for "new" one
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good dishwasher for the price

Have only run it a few times since purchasing, but does a decent job of cleaning the dishes. Is noisier than I'd like when running. This is a no-frills dishwasher, but overall is good for the price.

This unit has many features that we are sure you will enjoy. We're pretty fond of the piranha hard food disposer. It has a stainless steel blade that rotates at 3,600 RPM, preventing large particles from clogging the wash arms and ensuring consistently clean dishes!
