Cheap quality

Very cheap quality. Ours is only 2 years old and it’s broken now. I can’t believe it. My husband tried to fix it many times but still not working. We are so frustrated.

Cleans but racks rusting

It does the job of cleaning. 3 1/2 years old. Racks are rusting terribly. It's a lower end model but my 1st one lasted 15 years and was a workhorse so I thought I'd just do a repeat. I don't need bells and whistles. But I do need racks that aren't going to rust away due to the coating splitting and coming off.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Worst appliance Parts rusting, does not do its job

Worst appliance I've ever used, dish racks started rusting within first year tried slowing down rusting with rubberized paint did not help. Even the dishes are not washed well tried the limited options available but in vain ,Checked with others in my community who have the same dishwasher, No One is happy with this appliance
I have worked for GE and had high regard for their quality, this one is just opposite. Stay away from this product. I would not even give it a one star.
