It actually works! I would recommend this product to everyone. It is very quiet and the air sensor is extremely responsive. It is also more powerful than I expected.

I absolutely love all of my Blue Air air purifiers, but the dust magnet is my favorite for the living room, kitchen, and bedroom.

2nd BlueAir we’ve purchased and this one’s more amazing than the first Classic series we have and love! The app connected right away and the Auto setting is an exemplary addition. You also get to see when you have spikes in poor air quality with the graphed data that’s collected in real time. Our bedroom has never felt more crisp and clean!

I just love this unit. I have 3 large dogs and it has made a significant impact on reducing the amount of dust in the house.....so quiet....and very stylish looking!

I have 2 dust magnets and after 45 days have watched it do absolutely nothing for my old house dust issues. Dust easily collects on top of the device itself. There is nothing collecting in the washable screen filters even though I have 2 cats. Dust bunnies collected on the floor around the devices themselves. I have them on auto during the day as well as night mode for the one in the primary bedroom - the other is 4 feet from my stove. They do not change speed despite smoke coming in the open windows from neighborhood bonfires or even when we are cooking. I am very disappointed in their lack of usefulness and feel as though I just threw away an awful lot of money.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
