The only issue I have is
I cannot get the doorbell to ring if I have the camera recording settings to Object detection, so I set it to let the doorbell ring and records only when the button is depressed. It seems to be a either/or setting.

Great NVR and Cameras - bad instruct/procedures

I bought an 8-channel NVR / 4-camera package (wired power, wifi image streaming) for my parents in 2017. They have worked flawlessly for 5 years now though I recall the setup was frustrating. I bought the same package (but 2022 version) recently - having same experience. But when setup I'm confident they will work reliably and as good as the system I had purchased for my parents 5 years ago.
I would recommend this to a friend!
