Makes Awesome Tea!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Hamilton Beach Variable Temperature Kettle is Awesome! Until I used this to make my tea I did not realize what a profound effect the temperature of the water has on the taste of tea. We all drink tea in our household and by having the water at the precisely correct temp for tea our tea went from good to amazing. This Kettle heats the water to the precise temperature was quicker than the quick method we were using before. It is easy to fill, to view the water level, and to set. The blue led lights make reading the water level gauge so easy...this is important because now I don't have to wear my glasses to make our tea. This is just an all around great product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love how easy it is to use just fill it up and pick the temperature you prefer and turn it on. before you know it, its ready to use. The cord free option is great when using. When your done put it back on the base to keep warm for up 30mins. It also has a auto shut off so no worries if you forget about it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well, first let me say I love, love, love my kettle. We just up graded our appliances to black stainless steel and this fits in perfectly. Love how the cord wraps around the base, so I do not have a long cord hanging on my counter. Also like the fact that measurements are in cups and liters.
You no longer just have the boil feature, which I must say is fast and quick, you have the options to boil water at different temperatures for different drinks. Did I mention it also has a keep warm button! I can't say enough about how impressed I am with this kettle. It's not what your grandmother was used too. I highly recommend this top of the line appliance.

Hot water is ready so fast . And plenty of it! Almost 2 quarts. Now I can make plenty of strong tea for pouring over ice for refreshing iced tea all summer!

Variable Temp Kettle Unique Features

It is a great compliment to my coffee station at home near my collection of teas - I learned that different types of teas are best at different temperatures when i got this - there are built in temp settings with this Hamilton Beach Kettle. I appreciate that when I pick up the unit that the cord stays with the base & that the easy touch pop up lid makes it easy to fill with water. I have started it when i begin to create soups so that i have hot water to add when needed & have used it when preparing instant potatoes. The nice looking stainless steel finish unit holds quite a bit of water & heats quickly & stays hot or warm as set for just the right amount of time for serving. I like the automatic shut off feature too. I am so glad I now have this handy Variable Temperature Kettle by Hamilton Beach.

Full-Control Water Temps

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This kettle is fabulous for tea lovers who love variety and want the water temperature to be just right (not all teas require the same temps). You have complete control of the temps and then can keep it at that temp for half an hour steady. You can see from across the room whether the pot is on--the water view glows a bright blue when on. Water heats fast--a whole pot of boiling water in about 4-5 minutes. It also has a filter, which is helpful if you live in a hard water area like I do, and it is removable to clean. I love that you can lift the pot and leave the corded base behind while serving. Only drawback is that the pot is quite hot on the outside. It would be absolutely perfect if it were insulated on the outside so that no one gets burned. The black stainless steel looks very classy--prettier than the photos. I would definitely recommend this Hamilton Beach Variable Temperature Kettle for all serious tea lovers.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Hamilton Beach Variable Temperature Kettle is so easy to use! It heats up to a boil in just a few minutes. It is very quiet, but then suddenly you can hear the water boiling just as if it were on the stovetop. The outside does get very warm to the touch, but I love how large the handle is, so you don’t have to worry about your hand being too close. With all the different heat settings this little guy will come in very handy! It appears to be a high-quality item, very well made.
