[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m 55 and this is just perfect for my needs, I can do several different exercises with just this. My whole family takes turns , it’s really fun and we compete, so entertaining and healthy, can’t beat that anywhere.

Goals for New Years!

Very durable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This heavy resistance band is helping out with my muscle building. I have been using the band for curls, pull-up assists, overhead presses and stretching. The band is very durable and seems to be well made.
