I haven't been able to go to the gym during this pandemic so I've been working out at home and this kit is great. Each band has a different resistance and you can attach to the handles included or to other equipment you. may already have

The bands have pretty good resistance and are definitely useful for warmup and tension related exercises. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to get creative with their workouts and don’t even need much else other equipment to make this useful and get a good workout

Plenty to workout with without ever leaving home

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Of all the gym equipment I have at home, I feel like this kit is the most versatile I've ever used without having to swap to other items repeatedly just to get a good workout. Each band has its own level of resistance and works perfectly for different types of exercises and after using it just for a few weeks I've hardly had to use my weights as much ever since.

Portable and easy to use!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a personal trainer and bringing weights all around the city for clients is a pain. while sometimes i do not think this is a replacement for dumbbells, this is a really good supplement. all different resistances, easy to hook up, and they're portable. big fan

Great for PT, easy to use & portable. Tubular band

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this set for my daughter to perform the exercises that her PT has recommended for her upper back issues. The tubular bands appear durable and are easy and comfortable to use; the enclosed exercise sheet is also helpful to add a low impact workout at home. They are a great substitute to dumbbells when she cannot get to the gym. The different band colors represent the resistance level in pounds. They can be used individually or in combination to increase resistance. I think these will be perfect for my daughter, yet my husband feels that the bands do not accurately represent the resistances as stated. My daughter likes that she does not need a lot of space to workout and that the entire set fits neatly in the enclosed drawstring bag. This is another plus as she can take it when she travels, and it will not take up a lot of storage space and nor is it heavy. I would recommend this resistance band kit to follow a physical therapy regime and to workout at home when attending a gym is not a possibility.
