[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love these because they are so versatile. You can do so much low impact training with them. Easy to wipe down and clean. They do not take up tons of space at all. They seems very sturdy as well. Would love to have a few more.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really well made, and so far, very durable. I really like and appreciate the comfort grip handles. I feel they are easier on my hands. These have a very good resistance to them. I plan to keep using them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Capelli Sport Resistance Band Kit is great for working your upper and lower body. The lateral resistant band is good for working your upper and lower thighs, glute muscles, hips and quads. The long resistant band works on the upper body. You can definitely feel that this works out your muscles. Plus I love how portable and lightweight this set is.
