Great Product!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These resistance bands have elevated my workout regiment. I'm currently using the low-impact bands and they work perfectly for a new beginner in a new daily workout. I have been using them for a week and can feel the difference, physically.

Great exercise bands

They don’t bunch up too much and are also very comfortable when using. They have the perfect amount of resistance that can be adjusted based on the band you use. I highly recommend.

Great resistance bands for quick workouts

These work great though and have plenty of resistance and are kind of fun to use. I'd recommend these as pliable enough for anyone needing bands.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am just getting back into fitness after an off year (for everyone really) I did nothing in quarantine like I should have but, I did cancel my actual gym membership so I've been trying to find some easy home "equipment" I can use that will help give me the same results as some of my classes I took. These work just like the ones in my core classes and give me great results - would recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The bands resistance wasn't like I thought they would be. Each band is thicker than the other. But unfortunately the resistance is the same on all three. I wish that they was more resistance to these bands. Also I wish that these were a ring instead of just a straight band. With a ring I could do leg work and I wouldn't have to tie the band together. I am on the fence about recommending this product.

Exercise Bands!!!

Excellent at-home exercise bands

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm new to exercising, especially at home, and am also a bariatric patient wanting to get into toning without going overboard since I'm still recovering. I've never used resistance bands before but someone recommended this as a good activity and they were so right! What a workout! I looked up some videos on YouTube to use these bands with and it's quite a sweat session. The bands seem to be of really good quality, stretchy - I thought they would break easily but they sure don't, they've held up to my pulling and tugging for a bit now. Different resistances depending on your level of workout. Very nice!

Perfect for home workouts

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This set of three bands includes one light resistance, one medium, and one high resistance band. The band with the highest resistance is challenging enough that I can only use it for low rep exercises. There's a pamphlet in the box with a few example exercises, and of course you can always Google others if you are new to using resistance bands. These feel well made and I believe they will last a long time, even with regular use.
