[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This heavy duty resistance band looks and feels like a quality product. It’s very well made and definitely lives up to the ‘heavy duty’ title. I love the padded hand grips and the fact the band is adjustable. It helps make working out fun and easy!

Easy to travel equipment

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This band is durable and good quality. It’s easy to adjust length and resistance. Handles are comfortable and have grip to them. Very easy to travel with for a simple workout. One piece band for easy storage. Brings sheet with exercise suggestions that are easy to follow. Do not expect heavy resistance but good for a light workout. It’s good to know it has latex for anyone allergic.

Easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this because I was having a hard time making it to the gym. This is a simple resistance band. It is easy to adjust the resistance by gripping closer to the center or closer to the ends. I was able to improvise a rowing machine by wrapping the band around a pole and pulling the ends in a rowing motion.
I would recommend this to a friend!
