Warms my basement home office nicely

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have an office in the (someday to be insulated) basement of my home, and on some mornings, it is as cold as 13 C (~56 F) down there. I have tried a few ceramic-element heaters, but they typically have rather weak fans in them and are quite directional. This means that they have to be fairly close to me and if I move around, I am out of luck. This Vornado heater generates just as much heat as the others, but the fan is more powerful and pushes the warm air out further, and the grille on the front seems to diffuse the air better. A few other things that I like are that the heat is produced instantly; no warm-up like the ceramic units, and also that it has three different heat settings vs. the two on my other heaters. The only "con" on the heater, and this could be just my particular unit, is that the recess in the case that forms the carrying handle has very sharp edges, both the part that rests on your fingers and the case surface below it. They can be easily smoothed with a file or even an emery board if needed.

Nice little heater

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This heater is fairly small, but don't let that fool you. It can easily heat a whole room and hold that temperature. Some heaters are super hot but only near the heater, some heat up a room to a sauna like temperature or cold and no in between. This is not the case with this. I am considering getting another one for my office at work now.

Great little heater

Its compact but blows warm air to fill the room with a powerful blast, it’s also quiet while blowing lots of warm air. Absolutely love it.

Great heater

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Velocity 3 Whole Room Heater is a great little heater that puts out a lot of heat. We have one room in our house that the heat doesn't seem to reach and was always chilly. This heater has been just the thing to knock the chill. It has 3 settings; high 1500 watts, medium 1125 watts, and low 750 watts. The medium works great to heat the 15x20 room. It has an integrated thermostat that works great. It also has a knock over safety switch on the bottom which shuts the heater off in case of an accident. Big enough to heat a room, yet small enough to sit on any end table or counter. Sounds like a small fan running.

Small but mighty

I have one guest room that no matter what we do it always seems to be drafty and harder to heat than the rest of the houset. The Vornado has been a blessing for that room, it really puts out the heat and makes the room nice and cozy. We love it.

Great little heater

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This heater packs a punch for the size for sure. Doesn't take too long to heat up, and get going to get the room warm. We live in a very cold area in the winter so I really need a reliable space heater by my desk. The best feature on it is the button the bottom if it isn't flat on the floor pressing that it won't work. I love that extra piece of security with this heater.

The high velocity fans push warm air all the way around our living room. I was very impressed with its performance. It is powerful enough to heat a large living room. I also love that it is cool to the touch and has a great tip over safety feature. It also has 3 heat settings that you can adjust to meet your needs . It also comes with a 5 year warranty! Great heater for any room in your home.
