Warranty reached out and gave me a new one after having issues with my old unit. This thing runs great and the customer service is great!

The heater is seriously loud and the cosmetic appearance is challenging as the front has a grill in a shade of brown. The power cord is impracticably short and very rigid. I consider two stars generous and I regret the purchase.

I used this lightly during winter months only since I got it in February of 2023. Now it will come on, then shut off and do nothing until I unplug it.
Junk.
