Mechanical Issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this dryer, had it professionally installed and have had continuous issues with the dryer. It doesn't completely dry clothes and makes a very noticeable rattling noise.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Eco Friendly not so Friendly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While I appreciate the eco features on the dryer, I'm finding that my clothes only get half dry, and I have to put them in the dryer again, thus eliminating any environmental & cost benefit.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Don't buy unless you want your clothes constantly eaten because of a design flaw they refuse to address. Plan to shell out a ton of money on service calls
