don't know how the products work but for sure not happy with your sales. there needs additional spare parts to complete installation but don't being well instructed. your assumption is customer can be knowledgeable enough to have technical knowhow but unfortunately you are wrong;.

Was surprised with little water that my clothes was so clean . I will never go back to a top load machine . This machine is fantastic .
I would recommend this to a friend!

I just picked up my new washing machine a day ago. Today I was so excited to try and use my new washing machine for the first time.
I could t believe how loud the machine is when it was in the spinning cycle. I read so many reviews before purchasing this washing machine and and lot of them was how quiet it was. Can someone please tell me if this is normal. I am very disappointed to experience this and how expensive this product was. I was happier with my Amana washing machine. Who can I reach out to with my frustration. It’s a very nice looking appliance that’s about it. Thank you
