2) water lever is too low

Thank you for your review. A powerful motor is used to drive the drum to high spin speeds to extract water from your load. You will hear a sound associated with these higher spin speeds. This sound is normal and will vary slightly as the spin speed varies. Additionally, high efficiency models require very little water and are designed to achieve excellent wash performance with low water levels. ~Corletta

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The best decision ever! I'm so glad I purchased the front load washer. With a family of 8, it cuts down on the amount of loads that I had to do with our old washer and saves time and money with using less water! Super quiet too!! Love it!!
