So many different wash cycle options

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Electrolux washer arrived about 3 weeks ago, and it has made my life so much easier. Love that the installer was able to reverse the door to make it easy to transfer clothes to the dryer. Love the many wash cycle options.

Nothing but broken parts and water on the floor

I am so mad and disappointed about this washer. I live remotely, had the washer delivered. We installed ourselves (the truck driver would only take it curbside, indoor delivery where I live was not extended.) Immediately there was a terrible noise, a roaring thump. My husband had to bend back a part that was hitting another part. He called the place we bought it from in Illinois and they were no help. Then the spin cycle was so extreme, the walls were thudding and the smell was weird and burning. After sorting that out, the black accordion-style drain pipe wore out (likely from the shimmy the machine does, even with leveling and rubber mats underneath.) Water all over the floor. Replaced that part and it's now broken again. What can I do?? Nobody will come to my extremely rural location and I am so disappointed I didnt look at 1-star reviews before sinking all this money into it. I replaced it today with a Speed Queen.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Lacking Hot Enough Water

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Clothes get clean and it has the same noise level as other front loaders. My main issue is the water does not get very hot and only one setting that I can get anything colder than tap water.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Does it's job

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a washing machine so there's not a whole lot to rave about. It cleans everything as it should and can fit a lot into the drum. However, I'm not so sure about the second floor guarantee. I don't overload the washer and yet I don't run it at night anymore as it rumbles to loud and keeps me awake. Looking into it to see if it's a problem with my washer specifically.
