[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are happy with hour purchase after finally getting it to work a month after it sitting in our home. Was installed with the motherboard(computer on the inside) not plugged in together. Would be useful if in rural areas you had more warranty contracts with more than one contractor. Never got a second visit from ours and we clearly figured out the problem more than he did. Otherwise happy with the purchase. Can wait to use the steam options.
