Love the reversible door!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is hard to find a washer with a reversible door. Without a reversible door, I would be dodging a door when loading the washer in a cramped area. There would be no easy way to get the dirty clothes hamper near the washer opening. I would have to reach over the door to obtain laundry supplies. This door has really made doing laundry so much better for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this washer. Very well made - I love how fast it spins and gets so much water out. My 13 year old dryer doesn’t need to work so hard. I also love how stable it is. No movement or rocking in the spin cycle. The features are great as well. Very happy with the delicate setting.

Replacement Machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this machine a little over a year ago and liked it very much, despite the usual extra care to drying out the rubber gasket on all front-loading machines (to avoid a moldy/musty smell inside the washer. When we returned from vacation in June, our washer abruptly stopped working; the apparent problem seemed to be the control panel. Fortunately, we had taken out an extended warranty, so when the technician was not able to fix the control panel, despite replacing it with
a brand new one, our appliance dealer then ordered a brand new replacement machine.
