I didn’t need the most advanced machine since it’s for a small household of 3 people. One thing that could use improvement is the little detergent tray; I have a hard time every time to pull it open, it also feels like it’ll be the first thing to break....

Terrible washer, clothes hard as a rock!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Everything you've heard about front loaders is true. Poor design. Even if you follow directions to the letter, clothes are hard and coarse. Like sandpaper. We only use a tablespoon of proper HE detergent. Not enough water to properly wash and rinse. Never buy a front loader. Stick with top loader non water saving. Worst purchase we've ever made.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Happy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s been about a month and I am very happy with this washer. I love front load washers for their efficiency. The agitation comes from clothes falling so it’s very gentle on the fabric. I will never go back to the old agitation models that use so much water. it is quiet except with the with the high speed spin (that really rings out water) but only lasts a couple minutes.

Strayed from my old choice

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For years (30+) I would only purchase one brand of appliances, then I decided to investigate Electrolux. I was surprised to discover the reviews and other information available to consumers placed Electrolux far above and superior to my choice of many years; I took a chance and am glad I did.
The front load washer I purchased is quieter, Produces cleaner clothes, and requires less product to do the job better than my old brand. There are also better combinations available for washing clothes.
I really encourage you to check out the Electrolux brand. My next purchase will be the front load dryer!

In love

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband and I just purchase our new home, as a plus we had the option to add a new washer, which we did. Initially I was a little concern for I was used to purchasing LG products. We decided to give it a go since LG had been giving us problems in the past. To our surprise I am officially in love with my washer, it has given me a peace of mind. No matter the size of load the clothes come out smelling amazing and clean. Plus* for those who choose to not only use liquid soap but prefer the occasional powder, the cartridge does have an option to choose either or, which blew my mind; especially, since most washers now do not recommend powder soup. Electrolux does give you the option for you to choose.
