[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a replacement unit for another machine. I continue to have issues with smells - you don't even want to wear the clothes that come out of this machine. The bedsheets smell like the sewer and I've had to throw away 4 sheets of sheets because of the nasty smell
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for sharing your experience. We are sorry to hear you are having issues with odor! Odor can be caused by a buildup of detergent or soil in the components of the washer. To keep the interior clean and cut down on odor, we recommend running a clean washer cycle once a month. The instructions on how to do so are on page 24 of your Owner's Manual! It can be run with washing machine cleaner, a cup of bleach, or a cup of white vinegar! If you need any further assistance with this cycle, please give us a call at 877-435-3287 Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 8:00pm EST at your convenience.

Love this Machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this machine, disappointed that the dealer did not better explain the differences between the 300 and 400 series. I would've definitely purchased the 400 series for the extra pre-soak and ability to change the door opening direction.

So Far ... So Good!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the first front-load washer I have owned and was hesitant to buy anything except a traditional top-load machine. So far I'm very happy I made the move. I can wash items my top loader wouldn't accommodate.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Coming from an 18 year old top loader, I can smell the difference. The four stars is due to how hard it is to level. I still haven't leveled it well enough to use the super high spin cycle. Easy to use, quite and does an awesome job.

Auto Sensors load size, push a couple of buttons and go. The extra spin feature is probably my favorite my clothes are almost dry and its energy-efficient. What more can I say...
