Good features but...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like everything about this machine except the fact that it doesn’t complete the rinse cycle every 10 washes or so. It has high-capacity it seems to wash well and it has lots of options. But I have found that the rinse and spin cycle is not working 100% of the time so I’ll open the machine when the load is done and everything is still soaking.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for your feedback We understand your concerns regarding your clothes are too wet after the wash cycle. Here are a few tips to check when this happens, ensure the washer is not overloaded. Make sure the load is too small. Adjust some clothes to ensure the load is out of balance.

Cleans clothes Well
