Just another Front Load

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased a new home and this brand was in the house. I've owned front load before but I don't really like them because they are very noise and I feel the clothes are not getting clean.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Poor design

Within 30 days it broke. The "brain board" had to be replaced. It took three trips for the repair man to fix it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the washer a month ago and so far it is a good washer. It doesn't have a ton of options but it works well with what it has. My biggest complaint is it seems to be a little harsh on clothes. It would be an ideal machine if it was a little more gentle even on the delicate cycle.
