[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son bought me this front load washer and I absolutely love it. I have always wanted one but couldn't afford it. Not only was it affordable, it is a great washer and simple to use. Gets my clothes much cleaner than my old top loader and doesn't use much water. I would recommend this washer to everyone. Electrolux is a top brand and an efficient, great looking appliance.

Standard Features; no bells and whistles

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had the stackables about 6 weeks and they perform satisfactorily. I gave up a few features from my previous set (15 years old!), but I got what I paid for.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a bit disappointed. I owned and Electrolux washer before and was very satisfied so I ordered this Electrolux washer expecting to have the same satisfaction. What is happening, when each cycle gets to the last 5 minutes, it keeps turning very slowly and does not crank up to full spin speed to finish the load. I have not called Electrolux at this time to see if anything can be corrected. Other than that, all is good.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for taking the time to contact us with your concerns. I would advise ensuring that the spin speed you have selected for the cycle is at medium or higher, to activate a fast final spin. The washer will work on sensory technology, so some lighter loads may need only a little additional spinning. If you are getting wet or overly damp clothes out, I would recommend trying a few different cycles to determine the scope of the issue. I may also advise trying different load sizes; smaller loads may be collecting in one corner of the drum and causing an uneven spin, preventing the drum from getting to full speed.
If the issue continues after attempting these steps, please contact us at 877-435-3287 Monday through Friday 8:30am to 8:00pm EST. Our Troubleshooting Specialists would be happy to assist you further.

Great on washing with some desires.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer uses extrordinary small amout of water but still has excellent performance on cleaning the clothes. With moderate load of usual clothes, it washs clean and spins clothes to very dry condition. With large load with bath towers, it would clean as well but not as dry, although dry enough. Other than that, it is an overall very good machine.

Good washer, but don’t overdo the soap

Important: don’t add too much soap or it will shut down. Follow the measuring mark on the soap spoon/ filler.
