Cleans clothes so well!

Took some getting used to

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a bit simpler than my last washer which was fine because I don't use all the bells and whistles anyway. My only complaint in that in using "pods" they seem to drift to the front and leave residue on window and between the rubber edging.
I would recommend this to a friend!

On most models you would place the pod inside with your clothes. Pods must be placed in the tub prior to adding clothes, to prevent the matter you are experiencing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It took a few tries before it would complete all cycles. We kept trying. On the fifth day it decided to do all cycles without being restarted.
Maybe it needed a time of coaching before running unattended??

Efficient and powerful, large capacity

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased a month ago, easy installation. Can handle a queen-size comforter with ease. Cleans efficiently and thoroughly. The only drawback we've found is the very powerful spin cycle vibrates the floor boards and sounds like a small helicopter taking off. I'm sure this machine would be ideal in a basement laundry room - not sure about having it on the main floor like we've done.
