Terrible Washer broke after 4 month

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this washer in September and it broke in January after 4 months of use. This is the second Electrolux brand new appliance that broke before the one year manufacturer warranty ran out. It taking more than a month to repair because the parts are not readily available! Terrible!!!!! Do not buy!!!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Simple and Efficient Design!

The simple design of the washer controls and the ability to change the temperature, soil, and spin level are the exact additional options I was looking for in a washer. I love that the displays says how long of the wash still remains and its true to the time!! A normal cycle is a little over 45 minutes - such a difference from my last washer that took close to 2 hours! Clothes come out smelling fresh and the spin cycle does a great job of getting the water out of the clothes. Would recommend to anyone looking for a new washer!
