The second one worked

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first one that was delivered did one load and then the electronics failed and it wouldn't complete a cycle. We got another one finally and that one seems to work.
It's nice and quiet. It seems like it doesn't have much water in it, but clothes seem to get clean.

Best energy efficient washer

instructions with neither the washer or dryer. It came from a store miles
away and after one week we decided to pick it up and install it ourselves.
Mistake...., the washer took off across the room and I could not hold it in
place. Called the store who recommended a repair company. A mechanic
came and right away saw that the packing bolts were still in place. After
they were removed all is well and we are very happy with both.
