Love it but....

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far it’s been fairly reliable but once in awhile it doesn’t spin out all of the water and The clothes are soaked. Unfortunately the spin cycle is a combination of spin and rinse so it literally takes three of those cycles to get the clothes semi dry and ready for the dryer. Otherwise it’s good for the price.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Simple and Effective

First washer bought in 20 years. I'm happy with this purchase. Easy to use, high efficiency, and quality build make this appliance a great value.
Minus 1 star because had issues reversing the door swing and the inside capacity is not as big as expected. These are minor. Overall I am pleased and would consider Electrolux products in the future.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Thanks for your feedback, vicki25. This model features smart load sensing, so it will sense the correct water level based on the load size. Be sure to not overload the washer. The washer can be fully loaded, but the items should not be tightly packed. The door should close easily. Awful experience

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had the machine 3 weeks and I’m on my 5th service. Upon the first wash there was a defect with the soap not dispensing. After almost two weeks they installed a new dispenser and immediately after the wash stopped and read error. Long story short... unfortunately I will be returning the washer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
