Good washer, must be cleaned once a month

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you don't clean it once a month, you will get a mildew smell on your clothes. And you must leave the door open when not in use to dry out the inside to further reduce the mildew smell. I guess this is common for front loading washers

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this washer several months now & it Cleans Great.. We have always had top load washers in the past but I cannot believe how quiet this washer is & how much less soap, fabric softner & bleach we use with far better results.

Not enough features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] With only 2spin features (besides no spin) my clothes have stretched out during the hard spin. Even on the medium spin on delicate cycle, the spin is too hard and stretches shirts and even jeans so that they are unwearable. I didn’t realize I would need more options on my washer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It has been doing at least 2 loads a day during these first few weeks and I love the ease and convenience. Everything that I’ve washed has been clean and The washer has selections to fit my laundry needs. I am very happy.

Basic Appliance with High End Name

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited about my purchase until I received it and the fabric softener dispenser does not work. I purchased in July and the same fabric softener I poured in for my first load is still there. I appreciate the design in that it fits in a compact laundry room and we were able to stack the washer and dryer. We do a lot of laundry so the size is perfect. All of our queen/king linen can be laundered at home which is a gift and a curse but the convenience is nice.

Fabric softener is a very thick liquid that can clog up the siphoning mechanism. You may want to remove the dispenser, the inset in the dispenser and proceed to clean out the dispenser and the cover. The Fabric dispenser needs to have the hot and cold water at equal pressure for the fabric softener dispenser to operate properly. Some things that can create this, is a clogged water inlet screen at water valve.
Normally the hot water line is ok it is normally the cold line. The hot water tank acts as a settling tank for debris whereas the cold water doesn’t have this. Also a house water softening system could clog up a inlet line if the brine tank is compromised and leaks.
