Have had this for one month,it's always straining to balance,even on small loads . I had the Electrolux W&D ,larger and more options,before moving and buying this set. Not happy with it..
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great washer with all the basic features needed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I very happy with this unit after a couple of months of use. I would give it 5 stars but the door is a little hard to close. It’s very quiet. It has all the basic functions which handles all of our clothing cleaning needs without having a bunch of fussy choices we won’t ever use.

Quiet product with easy to select features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The best thing about this washer is it's functions. The button controls used to select the wash cycles are very convenient and easy to use. This washer also runs very quiet which is nice for us because our laundry room is right next to our family room. The only negative is the water buildup and the smell it leaves. We clean the water out of the front rim after every use but it still builds up and begins to smell like mold. Though, it seems like that is just the nature of most front-loading washers. If you have to get a front-loader, this is a great option for the price.

Hi, dhageman! I am glad to hear you are enjoying your new washer. Be sure to dry in the folds of the gasket and at the top, behind the gasket. Water likes to collect in these places and should be dried after each load. There are also preventative cleaning instructions in your manual for a more detailed cleaning. ~ Brandi
