Laja, I am dismayed to hear your washer is louder than expected. The washer may not be resting firmly on the floor. Move washer so it rests firmly on floor, and adjust leveling legs if needed. See Installation Instructions for details. The shipping bolts and foam blocks may not been removed by the installers. Please see Installation Instructions for removing shipping bolts and foam block. The wash load may be unevenly distributed, or overloaded in drum. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this washer in February and have been loving it. It is whisper quiet and sometimes I have to check to make sure I turned it on. Clothes come out clean and the settings are jusy enough to make it quick and easy.
