Needed to balance the washer. Could not be happier with the way these work. The clothes seem much cleaner. Great product

First time user of front loader washing machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to replace an old stackable washer dryer combo. I bought both the washer and dryer and use them as stackables. They take the same amount of room and are a larger capacity. I find that with the front loader the clothes come out cleaner even though I am doing larger loads.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Small loads or one item loads do not get clean and get extremely wrinkled.
Can not begin cycle on one water temperature and then change after a minute or two, as I could on my old washer.
Can not add another item after a few seconds of starting the machine.

To add a forgotten item to the washer any time during the wash portion of the cycle, press pause. When the door unlocks, open the door, add the item, close the door and press start to resume the cycle. Washes Well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought the matching washer and dryer, with pedestals, almost a month ago. They work great. I noticed that the clothes are coming cleaner than with my old machine and it does not take as long to dry. Both machines are very quiet and easy to use. No bells and whistles but enough options to cover what I need. I only wish that I could change how the door opens. It didn't occur to me until after I bought it that I wanted to change which way the door opened and at that point it was too late-couldn't take them back.
I would recommend this to a friend!
