Great Washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had my washer for about a month and I am happy with it. The only thing I don’t like is sometimes soap gets tripped under the door, other than that it’s a great washer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this last month and have done 6 loads of laundry so far. The towel load came out soaking wet and I had to use the rinse and spin feature to get the load to come out the way it should have. Since I have arthritis and had to go down the stairs an extra time I was not happy. The touch buttons are pretty sensitive but I am getting the hang of them. Overall, if the washer spins out the water I will be happy with it. If another load doesn't drain the water and spin the clothes properly I will not be satisfied with it. My old washer had a "drain and spin" feature and this one does not.
I would recommend this to a friend!

KJKJ, I know how frustrating it can be to have an appliance not performing as expected. In your Owner’s manual, page 6 has normal operating sounds, page 30 addresses other sounds you may hear. Do not continue to use the washer if you hear squeaking, grinding, rubbing or other unusual noises. This could be a sign of mechanical breakdown and lead to fire or serious injury.
