[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got off with a rough start. During the unpacking and installation I failed to remove some bolts and the washer gave me a little bit of problems. But then once I learned that additional steps needed to be taken, the washer works fine now.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been getting my washer and dryers from rent a center because we do a lot of laundry and need to fix either the washer or dryer within a year and rent a center always did that for us and give us a loner. now having this washer & dryer I'm hoping it lasts longer but I also got a 5 yr. warranty with it for a lot less. This washer and dryer is so much faster, I had a brand name before but it took 2+ hours to wash and also dry clothes.im glad I made the change!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We decided to buy this washer to replace our 13 yr old washer. I was pleasantly surprised at the capacity. What would have taken me a week to do in my old washer, now only takes a few loads. It cleans laundry very well. The only concern I have had with it is after the load runs sometimes, there will still be suds on the door (yes, even with HE detergent..) An extra rinse cycle usually remedies the problem though. Overall, I am very happy with the purchase.
