Have never been so disappointed in Electrolux

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this machine the first NB of June, my first repair was scheduled at the end of the month... Apparently it needed a new control panel...
I would rather not have a brand new Electrolux washing machine
that needs a repair within the first month... I asked for a replacement rather than repair from both Electrolux and my appliance store... I was told the conditions of the “warranty“
I would have to have this BRAND NEW MACHINE repaired three times & it would need to be determined “unrepairable” before I could get a new replacement.
The 3 repairs have been done and the machine is still not working, and to top it off, my appliance store has not called me since the repair man made the repair & acknowledged after the repair that it still didn’t work.
I have been without a washing machine DURING A PANDEMIC!
I truly believe that NOBODY would buy an appliance that is this important to a household at this price with a warranty like that.
I made a wrong assumption about the Electrolux name.
I am disappointed in my appliance store I am disappointed in Electrolux as a company I am beyond disappointed with this machine I am unable to use.
I have learned a lot. I will use what I have learned to make better choices in the future...
I am now, after being more patient than I dreamed I would ever need to be with a Company this large with the good reputation it has, am done & will no longer be passive & patiently wait for you to make it right... one voice with truth & concern for fairness can have tremendous impact.
My highest hope is that it will motivate your company to change its policies in regard to its new appliances... But at the very least I will be able to warn people about this warrantee that doesn’t even deserve the name warranty.
I wonder about how many other people there are out there who have discovered this the same way I have.
When dealing with your representatives on the phone I have always remained respectful and calm while attempting to find someone who could understand what I had been through and actually solve my problem...
NOTHING.
At this point I honestly cannot imagine anything that would make me ever again want to Purchase an Electrolux product.
I do however have faith that at some point I will have a functioning washing machine and I can put this experience behind me.

Reliable washing machine!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the second Electrolux front load washer we a have purchased as the first one came to its useful end after 15 years (but still worked!). It has a large drum; basic, easy to use, controls; energy/water savings; and produces clean clothes...what more can you ask for in a washer?! I would highly recommend this brand to anyone looking for a front loading washer.
