Great machine

It has all the cycles I need, uses small amounts of water and the spin cycle is much longer than my previous machine. My clothes are clean and much less time is needed in the dryer. Im very happy with my new Electrolux machine.

Everything is good except that I cannot pull out the detergent drawer. I asked before but to no avail. I don't want to press it too hard fear breaking. Please help.

Not A Good Washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this machine for three months and am entirely unimpressed. I often have to run clothes through two wash cycles, just so they don’t smell like dirt and sweat when they’re finished. Clothes don’t look dirty, but NEVER actually smell clean. Very disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
