I bought this washer (and companion dryer) about 4 months ago. It does an very good job cleaning my clothes. It is quite loud, and has several settings. I miss the hand wash setting available on my previous GE washer. And, the door and drawer for products do not have a sturdy feel or in the case of the products drawer, an easy slide. It feels like cheap construction. The appearance is fine.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I finally went to my favorite local appliance dealer and she set me up with the Electrolux. Fantastic cleaning, quiet and all the necessary features. I love this machine!

Nice quality basic washing machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had to finally replace my well-used Bosch and so far am happy with my new Electrolux. It cleans well, maybe even better. I prefer the basic models of most appliances but wish it had a sanitize cycle. To be fair, Electrolux does offer it in its other models, I just didn't need all the other features.
