Happy Customer.

Very efficient, quiet, and the wash cycles are faster than my previous front loader, finally it doesn't take half a day to do three loads. Minor annoyances: it doesn't have a min/max line for the detergent, so I have to measure with the cap for liquids-no big issue--fabric softner dispenser does. Another thing that is minor, is that in dim light you can't see the cycle settings due to the bright display lights-again, minor and I don't mind.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Washing Machine has great features

I get to set a delay wash when I go to work for it to start an hour before I get home so that the wet clothes aren't sitting in there all day. It does seem to be a little noisy on the spin cycle, but not bad enough that I'm not pleased with my purchase

Easy to use features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this machine for its size only to fit under a counter as every other machines available are too high to fit under my counter, but I do really like it for the features, how it cleans my clothes and the ease of maintaining it....I have learned a few things from my first front loader....wipe out the seal, empty the detergent tray and remove excess water, and leave the door cracked...your machine will keep its clean look much longer....I will definitely buy an Electrolux dryer when I need to replace my present one.

Everything I Wanted

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had our Electrolux washing machine for a month now and I'm so happy with my choice. I spent a lot of time researching many different brands and models before I decided on this Electrolux, and I'm glad that my research paid off. For our average weekly laundry needs (2 adults in the house, 1 college student here every so often), this washing machine is perfect. We didn't need the vast number of options available on the next model up, and find that the cycle, temp, soil, and spin options on this model are just right for us. The controls are also very easy to use - just a light touch to set each option. The machine is so efficient with water that at first I doubted it was working properly -- was enough water actually being used? We couldn't see the waves of it we were used to in our old front loading machine! And the answer is YES -- this machine uses exactly the right amount of water. Our laundry comes out beautifully clean and so well-spun it's simply damp and doesn't need a lot of time in the dryer. I've washed large loads and small, delicates as well as king-sized comforters, and the machine does a terrific job on everything. It is quiet enough in its spin cycle that I don't hear it when I'm down the hall. As far as any concerns about the tendency of front-loading machines to develop mold, I just wipe down the glass and leave the door ajar after each load to prevent any mold or mustiness. Electrolux has created a beautiful machine in both functionality and looks. I will be buying the companion dryer this summer.

I am sold on this washer. Love it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was really sad to see my old Gibson front load washer die. I was hoping to find a replacement just like it, with dials only, not an electronic interface. It's like buying a new car. I can only envision expensive repairs from the added gizmos.
IT'S BETTER. That said, this washing machine uses even less water !!! my clothes come out smelling fresh and clean, and the fast spin dries as well as the fast spin on the old Gibson, so it saves on dryer use, and so far I am very, very happy.
FRUGALITY. I switched from my dying, iron-saturated well water to having town water delivered to a cistern just before the old Gibson died, so being frugal with water is a big concern. And I'm very happy I spent the $200-$300 more on this unit, compared with the less expensive, top load units I might otherwise have bought if I had unlimited well water. But the money I will save in extra water deliveries will pay the added expense for this within a couple of years or less. And that's peace of mind. So yay.
DETERGENT. I've seen reviews complaining about the Tide pods. I didn't bother to use mine. I suspect some of the issues with suds, etc, depend on how hard or soft your water is. I have used smallish amounts of liquid HE detergent and so far so good. I admit, it is disconcerting to not see water sloshing as it agitates. You can hear it, though. And the clothes come out clean.
Bottom line: I have zero regrets. I'm happy every time I use this washer.

Excellent Machine for the Money!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased machine 08/19. Has been a dependable workhorse since arriving. Machine operates very quietly and get clothes very clean. Might be a tad more aggressive on clothes than my previous machines but, provided you select the proper wash cycle for the items you are washing, does not appear that it will adversely impact (shorten the life of) the clothes. Otherwise, the only challenge I have had is in regards to laundry detergent. I blend my own mix of detergent and I went through a bit of trial and error period determining the proper amount of detergent to use with this machine. If I were to use detergent off the shelf as is rather than my own blend, I would defiantly only use detergents designed for a HE machine. This baby can really lather the suds! That being said, now that I have dialed in the proper amount of my home blend, I am more than pleased at the relatively small amount of detergent required to clean a load of laundry.
Electrolux customer service has been excellent has been excellent as well!
I would recommend this to a friend!
