Worked for about seven months and stopped.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Worked great until it didn't.. Brand new machines should last longer than seven months. Tech has been here twice and can't figure it out.. Says I may be given new machine but meanwhile I've been without a washer for close to two months now and no one has reached out to me. I have to keep contacting them.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Easy to use, simple sleek functions

Super washer, Great value

It has more features than we want,... but they all do.
That said, this is a great washer. We especially love the high-speed spin, wish we could set that as the default and only have to select 'normal' for thr very few Perment Press items we own..

Does a great job

A couple of concerns- the controls are very sensitive and the washer is in a small space, so if I brush against it even lightly it powers on. Also I find the vibration sometimes when it’s spinning to be a little concerning, but maybe it’s normal?

Nothing but problems

This washer is only 10 months old and I’ve already had to replace the control board. Often times the loads finish wet because the washer doesn’t spin them completely.
I miss my old whirlpool.

Lacks wuality

It is more noisy than the one before and does not squeeze the clothes dry enoug

Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your current experience with your new washing machine, and we’re so sorry to hear about that the clothes are not dry enough at the end of the cycle. This is definitely not what we’d want for you, and I’m confident we’ll be able to get things back to the expected operation. Checking in the User Guide provided with your appliance on page 33, it gives a few things to try if you notice the load is to damp at the end of the cycle. Try not to overload the washer as this can lead to the clothes coming out to wet. You can also try rearranging a few items in the tub to help balance the load as well to allow for a proper spin cycle. If you notice the load is still to damp at the end of the cycle, join us via Live Chat on our website or through our Customer Support line at 1-877-435-3287 Monday through Friday between 8:30 am until 8:00 pm EST.
