[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer stays pretty busy around here. Whether I need to wash clothes or a large canvas tarp, this washer performs with almost no noise. Very smooth motion on the rinse.

Worked Great for 9 Months Doesn't Work at All Now

Worst machine ever. I completely regret buying this. Worked great for 9 months, then the washer stopped filling with water during wash cycle. Clothes completely absorbed the water, so damp clothes moving around are not getting clean. Water cmes in during rinse cycle, so to wash clothes, I basically have to run the rinse/spin cyle 3-4 times or go to the laundromat. Service has been out 4 times, replaced detergent drawer, dispenser housing, valve and computer board and it still doesn't work. Tech support (Frigidiare talking to repair tech over the phone) says it's working fine. I have had a front load washer for almost 15 years and THIS ONE WORKED FOR 9 MONTHS! I know you need water to wash clothes. I have now been without a functioning washer for more than 2 months and the tech support says "it works". Electrolux should replace it under warranty since it apparently can't be repaired.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Seems to wash well and get the clothes clean. The on button is touchy since I seem to turn it on every time I bump it when opening the cupboard above it. Wish you could set the amount of time between chimes when cycle is done.

No online manual?

I'm providing 80 of these for a project and I can't find an online copy of the owner's manual. When did Electrolux/Frigidaire stop providing electronic copies on their website?

Dead after 2 years -- AVOID

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this washer for 2 years and used it minimally. Last week the washer stopped working and the error code is suggesting that either the main control panel has gone bad or the drum motor has died. Now I am faced with spending hundreds of dollars on repairs for an almost new machine. I purposely spent the extra money for this set because of the name and past quality of Electrolux. I have another Electrolux set that is going strong after 12+ years but clearly their products have gone down hill. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
