I Would Highly Recommend

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this particular machine for almost 3 mo ths now. I am so glad I bought it! I just arrived back in the U.S. after over 5 years in Europe. My European washer was an Electrolux, and it washed my clothes so clean. I liked it so much there was no other brand I researched that could come close.
Clothes come out so clean with this machine.
I didn't want the fancy bells and whistles units available today, I just wanted to stick with what works well, and I am pleased that I did!

excellent performing & quit washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've been using it for 6 months and it is the best performing washer of all we tried so far! After the first wash we needed to level it better to prevent the loud noise at the last spin. The laundry detergent holder is hard to remove to be cleaned and because of that we rated it 4 stars!

Can't get repair

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this 2 months ago and have an issue with the fabric softener dispenser not fully dispensing.
I called for a service appointment and when the local repairman was a no show I called him. I got a recording saying because of Covid he was not available.
There was no option to leave a message or any other info given.
So I am frustrated and unsure what to do.

Disaster start to finish

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This poor machine never had a chance. The men dropped it on the truck and then mislead their employer about what happened. It was destroyed and only washed two loads before it had to be replaced. That being said, it was very complicated to operate and I am not sorry to have been forced to replace it with another brand.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love this washer
