Very large Machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This came with a new home I purchased I do not like front load washing machines. The spin on this is very load and shakes the house. Also noticed water on the floor lately. This is a very large washing machine but I have a household of 2 so I dont think I overfill it. I have had front load washers before and this was is ok certainly has not changed my mind about owning one but it works.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to learn of the leaking and shaking from the washer. This is the type of feedback that our product team uses to directly influence product development. With the shaking from the washer, you may want to ensure that the washer is level to the floor, also that the load inside the washer is not unbalanced on the drum. Leaking can occur from different things that may occur, ensure to clean rubber door seal, glass to remove hair, dirt, lint, clothes, etc. Ensure drawer is installed correctly using guide rails and closed completely, should be flushed with unit. Also, check that the water inlet hoses are properly connected and no kinks or holes. Quick and efficient

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The amount of time it takes this machine to churn through a load of laundry and get it to where it is effectively dry because of it's intense spinning speeds is something to truly behold in person. It even has many safety features to prevent you losing a sock or two. It can get loud though, so make sure it's on level ground!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Because of recent back surgery and not wanting to bend over a traditional washer to takes heavy, wet items out, I purchased this washer (and dryer) about two months ago. I love it. It gets my laundry cleaner than any other washer I’ve ever had, it’s so easy to use, is quiet, and to top it all off… Efficient!!!
