Appliance failed less than 6 months from purchase

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Less than 6 months after purchase the appliance failed. After contacting LuxCare for service no repair has been offered to date. This is now about 1 month after contacting Electrolux.
I know there is a pandemic; however, the lack of communication on their appliance would lead me to not give it an endorsement.

seal around tub inside

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this set on March 27th have only used 2 times due to fact that seal had 2 seams in rubber seal tore so water leaked out onto my floor, seal is on back order and wont be here for another 10-12 days at least. paying for a washer that I cant use!
