Too new to tell...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My washer is still quite new (less than a month), but I'm already having some trouble with the product drawer. It doesn't slide smoothly, so the products tend to slosh around; plus, the fabric softener compartment won't empty.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought a few weeks ago. Washes clothes very efficiently and quietly. Make sure you remove the 4 screws used for packing because machine will become unbalanced. If you have a wood floor just put a piece of plywood underneath your washer to make the floor sturdier. I considered other front loaders but reading reviews and my main concern was customer service and the way they handle customers by far Electrolux won in every aspect. I am happy with the purchase ❤️

Great basic front loader

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We chose Electrolux for its brand recognition, price point, and featire set. Thus far, we have enjoyed its quiet operation and generous capacity; it’s perfect for our two person household.
We have it stacked with its sister dryer, so we love the smaller footprint that stackable units provide.
Pros: affordable; perfect features and functions for the price; stackable; quiet
Cons: the end-of-cycle alarm for the washer is the same as the dryer so I can’t differentiate between which appliance has completed its cycle/ cannot change alarm tones; stacking kit squeaks a little bit (May be installation artifact rather than true defect; I have not done any troubleshooting yet beyond giving the top-mounted dryer a nudge).
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good machine but it vibrate and make noise

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washer about 2 months ago replacing the old Samsung washer that died. I bought it because I saw the overall review was good. I need a reliable washer. The machine seemed sturdy although it was lighter than our previous washer. First few loads of washing clothes, the sound was low. But just in one month time, the sounds gets louder and the machines vibrates when it spins. Not sure if it is normal ? It washes the clothes good so far. Hope this machine will last as long as my previous Samsung washer that served our family for 12 years.
