Worst washer

This is the worst washer I have ever purchased. It is heavy. It doesn't wash the clothes when it works. It uses too little water, even for a front loader. The electronics were broken on arrival and needed to use the warranty to replace. Warranty was under a different serial number so I called to correct and discovered their support was on par with their product. Misunderstood and requests rejected I returned the washer to buy a Whirlpool. It works great!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Extremely and unpleasant noise when spinning!

We bought this machine on Feb. 15, 2020, and since it was delivered it has made this uncommonly loud noise when the spin cycle starts. We've already had 2 technicians come see it and one more on his way. The machine, according to the techs, is fine. Really??!!! Who wants to have this in their house?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Only have had my washer for 3 months and it broke down! Don’t know when it will be fixed because of the virus crisis! Worked great when it did!
