So Far, Great washer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In use for approximately one month, so my review is limited to this brief timeline. Purchased from the Orange box store as they had the best delivered price. Machine is fairly quiet, clothes are washed well, and it uses a fraction of the amount of water my previous top loader did. Some tapping noise during spin cycle, as I believe weight of clothes are simply off balance. Machine legs are balanced and flat on floor, so not too sure why the noise. Time will tell if machine keeps on working well. I base my review of a washer on how many years of trouble-free performance I will get. As me again to review in 5 years and that will be a more realistic/practical review.

Great Disappointment

We have had this machine for less than two years and it has taken the service tech over 4-5 trips to repair the machine. The same part keeps failing. In all the major appliances I have purchased over the years, this washing machine has been the greatest disappointment. It seems like this machine and the subsequent part needing replacement were almost designed to fail. I truly would not recommend this machine at all. Perhaps the more expensive ones last longer but this one was simply not designed to last for any length of time.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good bang for the buck

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this a few weeks ago and have been very happy. Far more capacity than I need but handles different size loads very well. I hope to get more than twenty years of service from this machine and have been very pleased with it so far.
