Not a good washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got washer a little over a month ago and something is wrong with it. Two different times repairman came here and were not able to work on it due to no one bothered to tell them it was stack washer/dryer. The door is locked.
Not real happy with it. Been two weeks without washer.

Have you tried to reset the unit to get the door unlocked? Do this by unplugging your unit or disconnecting it from power for up to 1 minute. If this doesn’t work then you will need a servicers assistance. Please remember it is your responsibility to make the unit accessible for the servicer to perform a diagnosis or repair. That information can be found on the warranty page of your Use and Care Guide. ~Keyanna

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this Machine for about a month and this is what I have found. First It uses very little water which is good! Second the pump when it’s draining is very loud and makes a sort of grinding sound. The Detergent dispenser holds water after the wash which I think is going to be a mold problem and finally the final spin vibrates the entire washer. This is my second front load washer (another brand) so I am very familiar with what to expect from these machines. I does seem to get my clothes clean.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Awesome Washer!

Just what I needed!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed a front loading washer to sit on the right of the dryer ... Electrolux is the only brand to offer reversible doors ... Granted, my contractor had to fish for the wire to reverse the door, but he was successful! I love how the machine determines the right amount of water for any given load and I am very happy with the cleaning of clothes.
