Disappointing machine.

The primary problem with this appliance is excessive vibration and shaking during the spin cycle despite the fact that it is properly installed and leveled on a solid floor.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I feel terrible about the hiccups you’re experiencing with your washer.
Have the shipping bolts been removed from the back of your washer? If not, please review your washer’s installation instructions for removing shipping bolts and foam block.
Are you choosing the right cycle for the size of your load? In some cases, heavy wash loads may produce a thumping sound. This is usually normal. If sound continues, your washer is probably out of balance.

Water saving feature Is amazing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband picked this out for our cabin and needless to say I was thrilled as I have always been aware of the great reputation for quality Electrolux has.
The funny part of the story is he did about 3 loads of laundry and said “it doesn’t work!” “There’s not enough water”. I can’t see it sloshing around in the machine”. So I asked him if the clothes are clean and he said yes. They look great! It’s a washing machine miracle .....

Best Machine I've Owned!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's quick and efficient, using a minuscule amount of water and electricity by comparison to my previous unit. I especially like the spin cycle, which leaves my clothes much drier than before; and therefore reduces dryer cycle time. And it has the best warranty versus other manufacturers. Highly recommended.
