Live out new washer

It is simple to use and effective so far. Our clothes get so clean, we can do big loads, and it’s quiet. Highly recommend.

Horrible.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this washing machine 4 months and have not been able to use it once. I have stayed home 6 times for service people to come out. It has cost over $1,500 in lost wages and laundromat expenses. My request for a new machine was denied. Now I have to take two more days off work for the service people to return and decide what parts need to be ordered and replaced. I highly recommend not utilizing this company.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
