Great Coffee Machine Combo

This is a great coffee machine combo, I haven't used the espresso yet but I bet it will work as expected. The error I get usually happens when the reservoir gets completely empty so try to have water on it always. Otherwise I have to put it on standby then move the switch to steam and let it blow steam until it start pumping steam, once I hear the pump I switch back to BREW and voila, works perfectly. Hope this advice helps other

Would Have Been Great!

I received mine as a gift for Christmas 2020. Suffice it say, I finally got around to replacing my old one (on our counter) with this one--I would say around March/April of 2021. I used it every day for shots of coffee using the k-cup style accessory. In September of 2021, the machine started to leak water around the top of the k-cup accessory. I examined it and couldn't see anything that would cause this. I did two cleaning cycles to make sure to clean any minerals out-we don't have a high mineral area for our water. Still leaking. Sent pictures & a video in. It appears to me the gasket on that attachment was shot. And this happened only after 6 months. Up until then it worked perfectly! Now, they tell me there are no machines in stock, so I will get a refund, though the total process, with inspection of the returned unit taking up to 3 wks, and the return of money anywhere from 4-6 weeks, is lengthy. I liked the versatility of the unit and bought it for that reason. Even though it didn't have a timer or a warming plate under the carafe--it was fine for me. So I am very disappointed that I can't get another unit--but after seeing other reviews, and this happening so fast, I am wondering if that is a good thing?
One thing I do wish that they would do, if they continue to make this model, is to put a rubber gasket or footing on the tray that sits on top for the attachments. I agree with other's assessments--this would prevent any rattling and help the tray stay in place.

Great all in one coffee maker!

The directions are challenging to read and understand. However, this has great features and is a great device once you know how to use them. Where can I find the permanent single serve filter? I have looked all over your website for one, but I cannot find it. My previous filter for my keurig does not work.

This coffee maker does it all, and does it well! I have had for over a year and have not had any issues at all. The versatility of the machine and the quality of the included products is outstanding. Highly highly recommend!

Water leaking everywhere

I have been looking for an espresso machine and wanted something that could brew a pot of coffee or a couple shots of espresso. I was very excited to get this but after getting it set up I can’t keep it from leaking. Very frustrated in my purchase.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for reaching out to Mr. Coffee®. We are sorry to hear that your Mr. Coffee® Occasions All-in-One Coffeemaker is leaking. That is certainly not the experience we want you to have. No worries, we are here to help. For a possible fix, please check the hose in the reservoir, and make sure it is snug on connection. Also, check the filter basket for any drips down the back of the basket onto the trip arm and warming plate. Ensure to use medium grounds and make sure that the water is not exceeding the max line in the water reservoir. Lastly, please run a cleaning cycle into it if the machine hasn't been cleaned recently.
