Okay but not great for the price

I have owned this machine for five months. When I first got it, it brewed great espresso and the k cup feature worked great as well. Now 5 months later it is leaking water from somewhere. Thankfully it gathers in the drip tray but I have to dump the drip tray twice a day. I have been using vinegar to clean it. I will try a dedicated coffee maker cleaner to descale it but if that doesn’t work then I way over paid for a piece of garbage.

Loved it at first

Loved it at first... but the machine is loud. The frothing wand could be better. I wanted to buy replacement parts (espresso piece) but they don’t exist. Followed cleaning instructions because the machine slowed down and it didn’t help. Not the best at all.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great coffee maker

Our previous coffee maker was starting to have issues a few months ago so I did some checking and found this machine. I saw this all in one machine and I really liked the idea of being able to brew a k-cup, pot of coffee, and make espresso. I researched machines for a couple of months before eventually deciding to go with this one because it had all of the features that I wanted. I was a little hesitant to purchase it because it didn't have the best reviews but I am so glad that I did.
We have had it for a couple of months now and use it daily so I wanted to address some of the "issues" that people have mentioned they had with the machine.
1. I noticed that a lot of people complain about the noise. Yes, it is very loud, but so are professional espresso machines and our kitchen is at the opposite end of the house away from our bedroom so that doesn't really bother us.
2. No, it is not programmable. If that is something you use then you may not want to buy it but I don't think that I have ever used the program feature on a coffee maker in my life so I don't really care about that.
3. If you are getting a 0 and your machine is not brewing, switch it back over to the standby mode and give it a few minutes before switching back to brew. I noticed that the standby mode acts like a reset function for the machine and releases pressure. I have only had the 0 error once and putting it in standby mode fixed it in a couple of minutes.
4. If you are using a reusable k-cup pod then the k-cup attachment will leak. It isn't a big issue because the drip tray does catch the drips but the reusable pod does cause the attachment to leak because it doesn't fit very well inside the attachment. I don't think that this is a design flaw in the attachment. I think that the k-cup attachment would work better with an actual singe-use k-cup or a reusable filter made by the company.
Overall, I'm very happy with this machine and I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone. This makes the best espresso and the only problem that I have with this machine is that my caffeine consumption has increased considerably since I bought it.
One last thing. I noticed on the insert in the box that some models had the reusable k-cup and large permanent filters included but mine did not. I have looked everywhere but I can't find these for sale. Where do I purchase them?

Brand new. Followed instructions for setup. Doesnt work... blinking 0 when trying to run the clean or brew anything. Acting like it cant pull water

Excellent all around coffee maker

This is one of the most misunderstood products I have ever seen.
Yes, it is annoying at first until you understand the dreaded "Error 0", but once you understand all you have to do is: 1. make sure there is water 2. *turn the knob to center position* to prime water 3. turn unit again and wait for the beep (less than a minute)
then it is the best, by far, coffee maker we've ever owned.
It makes drip, espresso, froths milk, and also can use Kpods. It does it all.

Just bought and used coffee feature and steam milk. Would like to brew a single cup and need to know which brand of REUSABLE K cups to buy. I know the disposable Keurig cups work but I won't use those. Please answer this question and then I will recommend the product.

I love this machine, but....

I cannot find where to order a replacement Kcup reusable mesh basket. The one that came with the machine apparently has been lost and I would like to replace it. The generic replacemwnts do not work. I would like to replace with the original.

Does not work... blinking 0 when trying to run the clean or brew process. It can't get water from tank to pump. Needs to be primed like all the other reviews. Having so many reviews with this problem you would think they would have the solution in their FAQ section but no. Customer Service is virtually non-existent.

If your coffee maker is not working, it might be because the unit is not getting enough power from the wall outlet where it is currently plugged in or the wall outlet itself is a non working outlet. To remedy this issue, check if there is no physical damage on its cord and if there's none, try unplugging the coffee brewer and let it rest for 3-5 minutes. Plug the unit into a different wall outlet and see if it will work. Do not use it with any extension cords, power strips and power converters or inverters as it may affect the coffee maker's performance.
